AVD Video Processor lets you create, from any video file, an animated GIF file.
In addition to simple format conversions, with AVD Video Processor you can also rip frames from the original video, edit them individually, etc. In other words, it isn't an automatic conversion, rather the user can determine what final aspect they want for their GIF.
The original video files can be in the following formats: AVI, MPEG, MPG, DivX, WMV, ASF, MOV, and even static images in FAX, TIFF, GIF, JPEG, PNG or BMP. You get graphics in any of the following formats: FAX, TIFF, GIF, JPEG, PNG, BMP, PCX, PDF, PS, WBMP, DIB, RLE, TGA, PBM, PGM, PPM, PDF, PS, EPS, and even images from Adobe Photoshop PSD.
